4. 📦 Order Placement & Fulfillment

Order Cut-Off

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday–Saturday, will enter fulfillment same-day
  • Orders placed after the cut-off or on Sundays/public holidays will begin processing the next business day

Handling Time

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Includes: Order verification, garment printing (if applicable), quality check, packaging

Shipping Time

  • Transit: 4–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Delivery days: Monday – Saturday
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

We do not ship to international destinations, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

5. 💳 Payment Terms

All transactions are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Billing

  • Your card will be charged immediately upon order confirmation

Due to the made-to-order nature of many items (e.g. printed hoodies, custom rugs), orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.

If you wish to request changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee adjustments after this period.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective (e.g. misprint, tear, wrong size sent)
  • You received the incorrect product
  • The product deviates significantly from the listing

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
  • Free of odor, stains, or modifications
