🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping Only (United States)
At ThamDesignLTD, we currently offer shipping exclusively to customers within the United States. Orders placed through our website will be shipped and delivered only to valid U.S. addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
🕑 Order Cut-Off Time
- Daily Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
- Fulfillment Days: Monday to Saturday
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on business days are processed same-day. Orders placed after this time or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Note: Pacific Time automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving Time (PDT in summer, PST in winter)
🏗️ Handling Time
We aim to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible:
- Minimum: 1 business day
- Maximum: 3 business days
- Fulfillment Schedule: Monday – Saturday
This includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and carrier handoff.
🚛 Transit Time (After Fulfillment)
Once shipped, your order will be delivered within:
- Minimum: 4 business days
- Maximum: 5 business days
- Shipping Days: Monday – Saturday
- Delivery Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (selected automatically based on your location and product size)
